Our dryer started making a loud squeaking noise and I called Pegasus by Googling what was near to me. They responded immediately and came to my house the next day. They explained on the phone what the charge would be to come and diagnose the issue and that the charge would be waived if we went ahead with the repair. Adrian came and said our product was no longer made but he could get equivalent parts. The parts were ordered and the repair was completed the next day. Pegasus was very prompt and communicated with me when they would arrive. The dryer runs like new and I would highly recommend them. ~ Bruce P

Had problems with my Whirlpool dryer and Electrolux refrigerator in a span of 3 weeks. I sent a request for service and was promptly acknowledge by phone with a service date and 2-hr time window request the following day. Steven updated me on the day of the service through text message of the exact time he would arrive and was prompt. Very knowledgeable, experienced of the appliances and quickly identified the root cause of the issues for both appliances (came for 2 separate services), and issues resolved & repaired. Great experience with Pegasus. My GE dishwasher was leaking. Prompt efficient and very reasonable cost for repairs. I had Emil do the work and he was friendly and straight to the point. Had an issue with microwave and called Pegasus in the afternoon, got an appointment for 1st thing next morning. Gregory texted his ETA and arrived on time. He trouble shot and replaced the faulty door switch in under an hour. Ran several tests to confirm normal operation and we were operational again. Very quick and thorough....the tech was very friendly...knowledgeable....and wanted to make sure everything was right. He found the baking element for an older Hotpoint stove and replaced it very quickly and efficiently....no new stove needed thanks to his diligence and just making things right.... Gregory is a professional, courteous and very accommodating gentleman. He fixed our over 35 year old Maytag Refrigerator. The coils were frozen solid and had to be thawed, and a new sensor installed.
