The experience was beyond my expectations! The process was easy from the inital call for service through to the end of the service call, and the pricing was very fair. Usually the service coordinator make promises the technician can't fulfill. Not in this case. I was told to expect a ping at a specified time, it came. The ping from Sergey who told me the time he would be here, and he was. The diagnosis, was quick and the resolution immediate. Sergey noted a secondary problem, and that too was rectified. When pressed for a longer term prognosis on my dishwasher, Sergey provided a knowledgeable confident response. I am more than pleased and would call Pegagsus again should I have other appliance issues. A note to Pegasus, nice hire getting Sergey on your team! ~ Michael H

Our Sub-Zero fridge suddenly stopped cooling, and we were pretty stressed thinking all the food would go bad. We called Pegasus Appliance Repair, and they were able to come out the very same day. The technician figured out the problem really quickly and, luckily, had the part right in his truck. He fixed it on the spot, and our fridge was cooling again before he left. It's not often you get service this fast and efficient anymore. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Our dryer started making a loud squeaking noise and I called Pegasus by Googling what was near to me. They responded immediately and came to my house the next day. They explained on the phone what the charge would be to come and diagnose the issue and that the charge would be waived if we went ahead with the repair. Adrian came and said our product was no longer made but he could get equivalent parts. The parts were ordered and the repair was completed the next day. Pegasus was very prompt and communicated with me when they would arrive. The dryer runs like new and I would highly recommend them. ~ Bruce P

My experience with Pegasus was excellent. The phone receptionist was very polite, the appointment was made for the same or the next day, and the technician was very punctual Kostiantyn was very helpful and tidy. Although I had asked him to diagnose my microwave, which he did while sharing a good amount of information with me, he voluntarily fixed my garbage pullout when he noticed it was not secured, and he suggested I buy stainless steel adhesive tape to fix an unsightly gap between my built in ovens and cabinetry. ~ Amina D

Had problems with my Whirlpool dryer and Electrolux refrigerator in a span of 3 weeks. I sent a request for service and was promptly acknowledge by phone with a service date and 2-hr time window request the following day. Steven updated me on the day of the service through text message of the exact time he would arrive and was prompt. Very knowledgeable, experienced of the appliances and quickly identified the root cause of the issues for both appliances (came for 2 separate services), and issues resolved & repaired. We were very satisfied with the service we received from Pegasus Appliance Repair. As promised, we heard back from them mere minutes after submitting a service request, which was followed up by a visit from a service repairman on the same day. After quickly sourcing the authentic Bosch part, our dishwasher was back to its old reliable ways. Gregory, the repairman, was both professional and respectful. The problem was with a Kenmore Elite dryer. First Pegasus Appliance Repair responded almost immediately to my request for service and it was taken care of within hours. Gregory, the technician was great, he stayed in touch with me (I was not at the residence) sent me pictures of the problem, had the part required to fix available, cured the issue. Great experience with Pegasus. My GE dishwasher was leaking. Prompt efficient and very reasonable cost for repairs. I had Emil do the work and he was friendly and straight to the point. He new what the issue was in less than 5 minutes. Customer service before and after appointment were fantastic. Gregory is a professional, courteous and very accommodating gentleman. He fixed our over 35 year old Maytag Refrigerator. The coils were frozen solid and had to be thawed, and a new sensor installed. Had an issue with microwave and called Pegasus in the afternoon, got an appointment for 1st thing next morning. Gregory texted his ETA and arrived on time. He trouble shot and replaced the faulty door switch in under an hour. Ran several tests to confirm normal operation and we were operational again. Very quick and thorough....the tech was very friendly...knowledgeable....and wanted to make sure everything was right. He found the baking element for an older Hotpoint stove and replaced it very quickly and efficiently....no new stove needed thanks to his diligence and just making things right.... This is a top rated company. The tech was early Spoke Great English was super polite. Their automated booking system was flawless. Their not the cheapest but it’s well worth it and it’s refreshing to deal with professionals. Not the clowns we called before. Hard to find quality in the city but they delivered.
